What is it like having a dental CT scan in Budapest?
"I was taken to the Scanning Centre by Amy, a member of the Prime Dental staff. It's just round the corner from the dental clinic, about 4-5 minutes stroll. Booking in was instant, I waited a few minutes to be called into the CT scanning room where I sat on a chair and had my head carefully positioned. My chin was cupped in a firm position so I couldn't wobble (a bit like an eye test), then I was told to sit still, breathing through my nose for 40 seconds while the CT scanner moved around me. That's it. Back to the waiting room. Then 15 minutes later the CT scan was ready to take away on a CD. Ten minutes later I was back in the clinic with Dr Zoltan discussing my options for a bone graft.
