Apartment in the heart of the City available for rent to dental clinic patients and for holidays. Bedroom, completely equipped kitchen with small balcony, modern bathroom with shower attachment, living room with dining area, TV, PC with free Internet connection, air conditioning.

Kitchen: cutlery, dishes, plates, glasses, microwave, toaster, heater, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer.
Living room: nicely furnished, dining table, a TV with satellite channels, wardrobe and a fold-out sofa bed large enough for 2 people.

General: hair dryer, ironing facilities, bed linen and towels provided
Smoking: smoking is only allowed if standing on the balcony in the kitchen. Absolutely
no smoking inside the apartment.
